What parents often ask about Lumi.

Does Lumi write to the log by itself?

No. Lumi drafts, you review and tap save. You can edit or drop each one.

What does Lumi base its answers on?

On what your family has logged in Child Life — feeds, sleep, nappies, growth, milestones, solids, vaccines and reminders — plus reference content for your child's age. Each answer links back to that part of the app.

Does Lumi replace a doctor?

No. Lumi does not diagnose. When you're worried about your child's health, Lumi points you to safety guidance and the emergency number; contact a doctor or clinic when needed.

Does Lumi cost anything?

Every family can use Lumi for free. Everyday logging and quick looks at your logs don't use credits; tasks that need more thinking, like reading a receipt photo, have a monthly limit.

How is my child's information used?

Lumi only reads what you send and the logs you are allowed to see, to answer and draft. You agree before using it and can turn it off at any time.
